    Nolan currently works with teens and adults. His specialty areas include a wide range of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship struggles, and family of origin issues. Nolan applies a mindfulness-based approach that incorporates an integration of different therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and motivational interviewing.

    Nolan’s professional philosophy is influenced by a blend of modern science and ancient wisdom. He strives to empower his clients to improve their lives with sustainable methods that are simple to understand and easy to implement. Acknowledging the unique needs of each individual, he makes it a priority to get to know his clients on a personal level in order to serve them best. Nolan promotes a lighthearted therapeutic environment while maintaining respect for the significance of his clients’ presenting concerns. He believes in a communication style that is honest and transparent, but always adheres to appropriate boundaries.
