I hold a firm belief in the ability for people to change and enjoy being part of the process, offering compassionate, non-judgmental support backed by years of experience treating symptoms related to mental health and substance use.

My approach to therapy is often relational, integrative and customized care.  Although mental health is no joke, I try to add humor and humility to our sessions.

I’m specialize in treating those who are impacted by a substance use disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), using Prolonged Exposure (PE).  I’m trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with a plan to offer this treatment in the very near future.

Education & Training:

Master’s degree in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota

Prolonged Exposure-University of Pennsylvania

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy- Transpersonal Research Institute of Psychotherapeutic Psychedelics

DBT & CBT trained

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC)

Board Approved Licensed Supervisor- for LPCC & LADC-MN BBHT
