Laura Cada, LPCC

Laura is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, as well as a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Since 2016, Laura has worked in various settings including residential treatment for eating disorders, intensive outpatient DBT group programming, and outpatient treatment with adults and adolescents.

Laura’s approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques (cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, accelerated resolution therapy) to help her clients achieve their goals. Laura enjoys working with individual adults and teens aged 13+.
