Catherine Karsell, MA

Catherine works with adults and older teenagers (16+) who are struggling with a variety of stressors and symptoms, including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, life transitions, grief and loss, OCD, substance use, and relationship difficulties. She is an LGBTQ+ identifying therapist. Her clinical approach is direct and honest without judgment or assumption. She believes everyone is doing the best they can with what they have and her role is to help you gain insight into the internal and external factors that may be causing you distress or holding you back. We are a team; the therapeutic relationship will be one of collaboration and respect.
