Remington Solstad, MA

Remington currently works with young adults (18+) who are struggling with a range of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and low self-esteem. As a therapist, he understands that our life paths have major impacts on how we function within our social systems. As this may be different for each client he works with, Remington prides himself on meeting his clients where they are and finding the best approach to therapy for each one.  He specializes in aiding early adult aged clients acclimating to COVID life, and the challenges associated with college, early career and initial entry into the workforce.

His approach to therapy is honest and sincere, while maintaining a judgement free atmosphere. Remington approaches each client with openness and believes in addressing each concern in a manner that fits their personal needs. He believes in creating a strong client-clinician relationship, which provides the most effective environment for client’s personal growth.

Remington is passionate about creating an environment which is inviting, safe, and allows for growth.  He looks forward to working with you on your personal journey to success.

In addition to therapy, Remington assists Dr. Fasching and Dr. Loomis with neuropsychological evaluations. He is trained to evaluate patients across the age spectrum, from pediatric (ages 6+) to geriatric.

Remington accepts all insurance plans but Medicare. Appointments can be made by scheduling online or calling or texting 612.842.9814.
