Talia Thompson, MPS

I believe there are many paths to healing and I enjoy discovering together what is most helpful. I utilize a client-centered approach with a holistic lens. I work to create a comfortable place for my clients to connect with themselves, experiment, and grow.

I have experience supporting clients through various issues including substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, and more.

I approach therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, and attachment-based approaches, I help adults identify negative core beliefs they may hold about themselves so they can replace them with more reality-based perspectives and insights.

I am certified in ketamine-assisted therapy and enjoy working with clients integrating psychedelic or similar spiritual experiences.

I received my Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota.
