Whitney completed her Master’s of Clinical Psychology at Argosy University and enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples. Whitney has worked in a variety of settings such as schools, community-based, in-home, group home, intensive day treatment, and outpatient since 2012.
Whitney seeks to provide a kind, caring, non-judgmental environment where client’s are challenged and encouraged to develop a more fit perspective.
Whitney is able to complete diagnostic assessments as to identify mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans to guide care. Whitney has experience in completing one time Diagnostic Assessments for legal purposes. Additionally, Whitney engages in Telehealth, a form of online mental health therapy, as to reach clients whom may have difficulty traveling to the office due to weather or transportation difficulties.
Specialty areas include: working with trauma-related victims such as sex-trafficking, sexual assault/sexual abuse and domestic violence, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, grief and loss, behavioral issues, PTSD, chemical dependency, relationship/intimacy difficulties, as well as chronic pain and illness.
